Job Summary

  • Lead Product Audit and Customer Satisfaction activities, liaising with the Production team and closely monitoring Paint Quality.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on quality data, providing suggestions and solutions for improvement, and investigating customer complaints.
  • Coordinate quality improvement initiatives, participate in testing/trials such as color matching, and execute duties related to OSHA and EQA.
