Job Summary
This position is responsible for providing high-quality, individualized academic support services to medicine students at Geisinger College of Health Sciences.
The Academic Support Services Team Lead will apply principles of cognitive learning science to help students develop effective learning strategies, oversee a peer tutoring program, and support sessions designed to enhance academic success from pre-matriculation through graduation.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in education, nursing, psychology, or related field
Master’s degree in education, higher education administration, learning sciences, or related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience providing academic support services in higher education
Valid Pennsylvania driver's license if driving is required
