Job Summary
As an Account Specialist, you will support residential utility programs, working closely with the client and ICF’s implementation team, to bring energy efficiency and bill savings to their customers in Louisiana.
In this role, you would be responsible for participation requirements, innovative reporting, and analysis, conducting market research, and facilitating communications and coordination across a Residential Trade Ally/Service Provider (TA) network throughout Louisiana.
