Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to maintain BMNTC’s grounds (20+ acres) and two (2) greenhouses in a safe and attractive manner.
  • Assists staff with residents who are engaging in or interested in horticultural projects and provides training in the care of seedlings and other small plants.
  • We are a specialized long-term care facility focusing on maintaining quality of life and dignity for adults with neurocognitive or neurodevelopmental disorders with coexisting complex medical and behavioral needs.
