Key Requirements

  • Postgraduate in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Planning, Construction Management or related discipline
  • 3–5 years experience in real estate valuation or related consultancy
  • Experience with Big 4, Big 3, financial/PE/management consultancy or valuers office
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and challenging scenarios
