The Senior Manager, Executive Development is responsible for shaping and delivering executive and senior leadership development solutions across the enterprise.
This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and Business HR, bringing deep expertise in executive leadership development, executive coaching, and senior leadership talent development to strengthen leadership capability and succession pipelines.
The position leads the design and delivery of enterprise executive development programs, integrates senior leader development into the broader Learning & Talent portfolio, and contributes to the evolution of the organization’s enterprise learning and talent strategy.
