  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading complex capital equipment projects, developing equipment and process standards, troubleshooting packaging operations, and supporting new product introductions and source changes.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Science/Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 10 years industry experience
  • 3-5 years leadership experience
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, FDA, EMA regulations
  • Experience with equipment qualification and validation
  • Ability to travel approximately 25-30%
