Job Summary

  • As the Reservations Executive for the Resort, you will be managing the room bookings and ensure that our guests have an exceptional experience from their initial reservation till the end of their stay in our Resorts.
  • The Reservations Executive plays an important role in processing reservations effectively and works closely with other departments to maximize the Resort’s room sales.
  • You will handle guest inquiries, modifications, cancellations, and complaints with professionalism and a problem-solving attitude.
