Job Summary

• We are looking for you to support our outpatient patients in their home environment as a qualified nurse in the outpatient sector (m/f/d) with 30 hours per week, permanent.
• We offer you fair pay according to the employment contract guidelines of the Diakonie Berlin-Brandenburg-schlesische Oberlausitz, an annual special payment (total of one additional monthly salary), regular tariff increases and step increases, and 31 vacation days.
• Your tasks include ensuring continuous, individual, and comprehensive care according to the relationship nursing model, adherence to the nursing concept, and management and implementation of the nursing process.
