Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Minimum 15 years progressive experience in infrastructure development
  • Minimum 8 years senior leadership overseeing capital projects
  • Experience with cryogenic/hypergolic propellant handling
  • Executive-level communication and negotiation skills
  • Manage complex internal and external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of Range Safety requirements
