• Bachelor's degree STEM + 12 years experience OR Master's degree STEM + 10 years experience OR PhD STEM + 8 years experience
• Experience decomposing, deriving, allocating and tracing requirements
• Experience working on multidisciplinary teams
• Experience writing technical proposals
• Experience scheduling engineering activities
• Experience with Agile development
• Experience with supplier/subcontract management
• Experience developing supplier documentation
• Experience engaging with internal and external representatives
• Ability to transfer and maintain Secret clearance
