The role involves assisting residents with personal care, mobility, meals, and medical preparations while maintaining confidentiality and reporting incidents promptly.
Employees are expected to create and maintain a warm, personal, and calm atmosphere throughout the unit and cooperate with nursing and facility personnel to ensure quality care.
