Job Summary

  • Lead and supervise the facility’s warehouse and service team, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
  • Conduct safety meetings and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), ensure all team members complete required safety training and certifications, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with HR on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and disciplinary actions for the service team.

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years supervisory experience
  • Proficient computer and ERP system experience
  • Experience with millwrights or shop floor personnel
  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP software
  • Background in the mining industry
  • Previous experience as a millwright
  • Professional designations (P. Eng, CET, Millwright license)
  • Technical degree or diploma
