Job Summary
This role supports the company’s Design for Reliability – Zero Surprises in Operations (DFR-ZSO) by leveraging customer, product, and process data to identify systemic reliability issues, monitor performance stability, and drive continuous improvement.
You analyze customer support and field performance data to identify reliability trends, failure modes, and improvement opportunities.
You communicate findings and improvement plans through structured reporting to leadership and DFR-ZSO steering committees.

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
