Job Summary

  • The Contingent Workforce Program Director will ensure maximum optimization of the Vendor Management System (VMS), reporting to the Vice President of Procurement.
  • Develop and lead our Contingent Workforce PMO to oversee all contractor work, processes and compliance, and help create a shared vision for and implement R1 RCM's Contingent Workforce Strategy.
  • This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00% and offers a competitive benefits package.
