Base: $152,900.00 - $229,300.00; Bonus/Equity: discretionary bonus and possible long term incentives; Benefits: health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
12 years professional experience or Master’s with 10 years or PhD with 8 years
ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret security clearance
minimum 8 years propulsion hardware experience
experience leading technical teams in aerospace programs
