Job Summary

  • Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
  • Report all changes in the resident’s condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
  • Assist residents with daily functions including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility, while maintaining a warm and positive environment.
