Ensure each job is executed according to Baker Hughes standards, client requirements, and the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process, guaranteeing technical knowledge flows within the organization and operational learnings are consolidated for continuous service delivery improvement.
This role ensures operations have expert support and that operational learnings are consolidated to continuously improve service delivery, while also supporting projects related to operational improvements, new tools, or procedure updates.
