Job Summary
The DXO Manager is responsible for delivering Operational Excellence Initiatives using Automation and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to transform the organization into an innovation center.
This role acts as a Scrum Leader orchestrating end-to-end delivery of OPEX capability-building including CI, JDI, RIE, Automation, Harmonization, CX, and Agile.
The successful applicant must have first-class relationship building skills to engage with stakeholders across the entire business while driving cultural change toward disciplined problem solving.
