Job Summary
The Payroll Specialist supports the payroll function by ensuring accurate, timely processing and maintaining compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
This role assists with payroll audits, employee inquiries, wage adjustments, and data entry while serving as a key point of communication between supervisors, employees, and the Payroll Administrator.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time-management skills are required.
