Key Requirements

  • Associate degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field
  • 1+ leadership experience in healthcare and/or contact center
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Currently working in a lead position within the dept for at least 6 months or additional experience in healthcare contact centers, pre-access, patient access, admissions or hospital business
