You'll guide cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, enhance customer service levels, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across our network.
Working collaboratively with Commercial, Operations, Finance and other key stakeholders, you'll develop and execute supply chain strategies that balance service excellence with operational efficiency.

Key Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience
3+ years of people leadership and team development experience
Strong proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills
Professional certifications preferred (APICS CPIM, CSCP, CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma)
Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals or regulated industries preferred
