Job Summary

  • Technical Field Support Manager provides technical support during the installation and commissioning of KONE products, resolving technical issues and ensuring compliance with safety, process, and quality requirements.
  • Responsibilities include providing remote and on-site support for installation, digital, PFI, software, and BIM related issues, as well as ride comfort and product development.
  • The role involves training local trainers/employees, creating quality reports, ensuring safety compliance, and leading a technical field support team with monthly KPI reporting.

Key Requirements

  • Prior commercial business experience and/or strong business orientated mindset
  • Prior experience in manufacturing, process or engineering functions
