Job Summary
The Assistant Vice Chancellor serves as a senior advisor to WashU Medicine leadership, offering critical insights and strategic counsel on workforce-related matters that impact the university’s mission and operations.
The AVC collaborates with leaders of the Centers of Expertise in the WashU Office of Human Resources and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to develop and implement seamless solutions.
Drives change management efforts, identifies opportunities for growth and innovation, and leads the evaluation of potential impacts of proposed changes on employees, operations, processes, integrations, and reports.
