  • The Assistant Vice Chancellor serves as a senior advisor to WashU Medicine leadership, offering critical insights and strategic counsel on workforce-related matters that impact the university’s mission and operations.
  • The AVC collaborates with leaders of the Centers of Expertise in the WashU Office of Human Resources and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to develop and implement seamless solutions.
  • Drives change management efforts, identifies opportunities for growth and innovation, and leads the evaluation of potential impacts of proposed changes on employees, operations, processes, integrations, and reports.
