Sr. Metrology Technician performs calibrations and certifications of measuring equipment, maintains standards, records maintenance activities, and ensures compliance with ISO 17025:2017.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Calibration of electronic and dimensional equipment
Use of accredited standards and NIST traceability
Maintenance of metrology lab standards
Interpretation and creation of uncertainty budgets
Hands-on test equipment setup and calibration
Use of Microsoft Office including Excel
Nice-to-have
Experience with IndySoft and Fluke Met/Team systems
Familiarity with mass comparators and weight calibration
Customer service and audit support
Preventive maintenance and repair skills
Ability to assist entry level technicians
Key Requirements
High school diploma with 7+ years experience or associate’s degree with 5+ years experience
Ability to interpret and create uncertainty budgets per ISO 17025:2017
Experience with calibration of voltages, current, resistance, capacitance, time, frequency, and dimensional tooling
