Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety
  • 3 years regional multi-site HSE experience
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards
  • Ability to travel within the region as required
  • Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis

Nice-to-have

  • Experience leading without direct line authority
  • Background in field service or construction operations
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders without authority
  • Familiarity with OSHA and regional safety regulations
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in EHS, Engineering, Science or related field
  • Minimum 4 years progressively responsible HSE experience if no degree
  • Minimum 3 years supporting regional or multi-site operations
  • Working knowledge of occupational safety and environmental compliance
  • Ability to work independently in a matrixed organization
