The position requires a proven track record of driving digital transformation through the creation of detailed Process Design Documents and managing end-to-end automation lifecycles.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6-9 years RPA process design experience
Expertise in creating PDD documents
Knowledge of SAP or Workday ERPs
Experience with VBA, Power Automate, Power BI
Proficiency in BPMN and graphical process modeling
Track record of 10+ successful automation projects
Nice-to-have
Curiosity for Generative AI and new technologies
Ability to mentor and coach Process Analysts
Strong active listening and assertive communication skills
Experience conducting hub-level workshops
Knowledge of OCR and Chatbot technologies
Key Requirements
6-9 years total experience in RPA development
4+ years specifically as a Process Analyst
Detail understanding of at least two business domains
Functional background in ERP systems like SAP or Workday
Experience facilitating PDD sign-offs and exception management
