Job Summary
The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will be expected to develop work assignments, delegate authority to charge nurses, and monitor staffing levels to ensure quality care is maintained for all residents.
This role requires active participation in committee meetings, facility surveys, and the development of written discharge plans and comprehensive care plans for each resident.

Key Requirements
