Job Summary

• This position performs full performance level of work maintaining the University’s buildings and ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and attractive conditions are maintained to guarantee an aesthetically appealing physical environment.
• Essential Duties include cleaning assigned areas by washing furnishings, walls, windows, tile, fixtures, equipment and floors, sanitizing and disinfecting bathroom areas, and operating floor buffing and waxing machines.
