Key Requirements
Master's degree in related field
8-10 years programme management experience
5 years in fragile and conflict-affected states
Proven large-scale cash transfer programme management
Experience delivering cash transfers in South Sudan or similar contexts
Strong knowledge of fiduciary risk and anti-fraud measures
Experience with disability-inclusive beneficiary targeting
