Job Summary
Establish operational processes that align to best practice and support a COE team that administers 8 different Xactly instances for approx. 500 commission plans.
Partner with other COE Administrators to apply governing practices to the operational processes of commission calculations, oversee and partner with the business on monthly approvals, oversee multiple workflows, and be the face of commission to the respective Sales team(s).
Provide actionable recommendations to optimize sales processes and improve efficiency, and coach and mentor internal teams on Xactly best practices.
