Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4-year engineering degree required
5 years engineering or construction management experience
3 years documented project management experience
Knowledge of OSHA, NEC, ISO, NFPA, ANSI, ADA standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
Experience with CAPEX budgeting and tracking
Nice-to-have
Master's degree in Facilities or Engineering
PMP Certification preferred
SAP knowledge beneficial
AutoCAD knowledge beneficial
Experience as a tradesperson foreman
Field construction engineer background
Knowledge of FAA, EASA, and ICAO standards
Key Requirements
Must have US citizenship or green card (ITAR requirement)
Minimum 4-year degree in Engineering Studies
Minimum 5 years in engineering or construction management
Minimum 3 years in Project Management
State issued driver's license required
Working knowledge of OSHA and building codes
Financial experience for budgeting and invoicing
