Job Summary
The role will provide end-to-end case management to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) with bank partners are consistently met.
Act as a key support to our partnership bank frontlines by providing pre-case consultation, case discussion, and negotiation with PRU internal stakeholders.
Deliver ongoing training and advisory support to enhance frontline underwriting knowledge, increase straight-through processing, and accelerate approval turnaround times.

Key Requirements
