World Vision Albania is seeking a Cash and Market Officer to lead and implement cash assistance projects aimed at vulnerable communities. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash programming and financial inclusion, along with strong communication and monitoring skills

Job Summary

  • Participate, and lead in Cash Voucher Assistance feasibility and Delivery mechanisms Assessments and Markets Assessment and monthly price monitoring.
  • Lead in Cash programme beneficiary selection, beneficiary verification and beneficiary registration with MEAL unit.
  • Support financial literacy and business planning development, including but not limited to capacity building and market linkages etc.
