Must-have
Adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices
Cleanroom operations and aseptic manufacturing
Operating bulk formulation and filling lines
Completing batch documentation accurately
Performing equipment cleaning CIP SIP activities
Working with hazardous toxic materials
Nice-to-have
Lean systems and continuous improvement Green Belt
Strong communication leadership and organisational skills
Previous supervisory or mentorship coaching experience
Aseptic block license where required
Scientific background such as A-Levels
Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent education
Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated MHRA/FDA environment
