Job Summary

  • The Senior Director oversees core finance functions including financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance, while strengthening financial processes, controls, and insights to support growth and profitability.
  • Act as the primary finance partner to North America Contract leadership, supporting strategic and operational decision-making and providing financial analysis and insight to evaluate growth initiatives, pricing, cost structure, and margin performance.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team across a distributed organization, driving a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
