Job Summary

• This role encompasses leading and managing global Talent Strategy projects across all employee types, as well as the Human Capital Chief of Staff’ function which includes communications, budgeting, and other internal projects.
• Key responsibilities include working with senior business and HC leaders to ensure talent attraction, retention, and development, and supporting CPO decision-making to shape and facilitate HC’s global strategy.
