Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10 years progressive experience in federal market
Active security clearance required
DoD and Intelligence Community capture track record
Expert knowledge of US federal contracting practices
Familiarity with GSA OASIS ASTRO IAC MAC vehicles
Nice-to-have
Strong business acumen and technical insight
Self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with FEDSIM organization history
Excellent executive briefing communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teaming strategies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 10 years experience or Master's plus 8 years
Current and Active Security Clearance
Proven track record capturing programs in DoD/IC
Direct familiarity with GSA, OASIS, ASTRO, IAC MAC acquisition pathways
Knowledge of Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM)
