Support board-level assembly and test processes for MMIC-based modules, from equipment setup and programming to troubleshooting and continuous improvement of production equipment.
Establish procedures, standards, protocols, and reporting requirements for board assembly and test operations, utilizing lean manufacturing tools to recommend improvements.
Develop rework/repair thermal and bonding profiles, configure and optimize production equipment, and maintain build schedule targets by resolving production issues.

Salary
Associate: $90,950 – $123,050; Mid-Level: $111,350 – $150,650; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and time away from work.
