Job Summary

  • Receives and triages calls sent to the Behavioral Health Hub from MetroSafe call takers.
  • Provides crisis and suicide intervention over the telephone, identifying and suggesting appropriate organizations and service providers.
  • Works collaboratively with law enforcement, families, and other community resources to coordinate appropriate crisis resolution and referral.
