  • Responsible for the processing of Title Insurance Commitments/Policies and Post Closing Audits based on product, underwriter, state specification, ensuring adherence to Agency/Underwriter guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with all necessary parties involved in the Title Commitment process, from internal customers, Closing Agents/Attorneys and co-workers to ensure a seamless, timely delivery of the preliminary title commitment and/or final title policy.
