Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in healthcare quality, performance improvement, or clinical operations
Master's Degree in Healthcare Quality, Public Health, or related discipline (preferred)
At least 5 year(s) of experience in a hospital or integrated health system setting (preferred)
Current Texas RN license (preferred)
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (preferred)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (preferred)
Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) (preferred)
