Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare quality, performance improvement, or clinical operations
  • Master's Degree in Healthcare Quality, Public Health, or related discipline (preferred)
  • At least 5 year(s) of experience in a hospital or integrated health system setting (preferred)
  • Current Texas RN license (preferred)
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) (preferred)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (preferred)
  • Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS) (preferred)
