Job Summary
As a Wireline Crew Lead, you will be fully competent in all aspects of engineer duties at the well site and at the shop, can maintain the unit and perform all pre-job duties, well-site operations and post-job duties, supervise as well as training of junior operators.
Managing a team of two or more Field Operators, overseeing and assigning training, competencies, verify and approve time sheets, expenses, DOT files, on-boarding, off-boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations, and performance reviews for direct reports.

Key Requirements
University Degree in Engineering and 1+ year Wireline experience
Two (2) year Technical Associates Degree and 3+ years Wireline experience
High School Diploma/GED and 7+ years Wireline experience
