The role serves as the corporate subject matter expert responsible for defining the strategy and end-to-end requirements for the Occupant Thermal Comfort feature.
Candidates must possess a DFSS Black Belt certification and demonstrate proven leadership capabilities to influence cross-functional teams.
This hybrid position requires reporting to Milford, MI at least three times per week and includes the ability to legally operate test vehicles.

Must-have
7+ years thermal systems engineering experience
DFSS Black Belt certification required
FMEA methodology and CFD analysis knowledge
Global Vehicle Development Process (GVDP) leadership
Feature Technical Specifications development
Nice-to-have
Master of Science in related engineering field
HVAC performance and comfort calibration experience
Ability to challenge historical methods
Strong mentorship and collaboration skills
Experience with system integration and energy management
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Valid driver's license with Motor Vehicle Report review
