Proven experience delivering change initiatives

Ability to design and implement change strategies
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
Confidence in advising clients
Experience working with structured and agile methodologies
Ability to analyse data
Strong facilitation skills
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams
Strong written communication skills
Commercial awareness
