  • The Systems Engineering Manager - Test Solutions provides people leadership within the Test Systems Engineering discipline to enable delivery & sustaining of New product introduction & Legacy Manufacturing test solutions.
  • Responsibilities include leading and inspiring a global team of 9+ engineers, translating ResMed’s vision into actionable strategies for test engineering excellence, and ensuring the delivery of new and sustaining test systems.
  • Success is measured by team engagement, on-time delivery of test systems, reduction in test-related production issues, and implemented process or technology improvements.
