Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
  • 5+ years Quality or Manufacturing experience
  • CAPA, FMEA, and Risk Management expertise
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and GMPs
  • Experience with ISO requirements and QMS

Nice-to-have

  • LEAN Six Sigma Blue belt or higher
  • Strong leadership and initiative skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Supplier quality management experience
