Job Summary

  • This unique role allows you to quickly gain a vast amount of experience by working with a variety of patients and clinics.
  • Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Float Phlebotomists receive an additional $1.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement as part of the Float Incentive.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Venipuncture and capillary blood collection skills
  • Valid driver's license with clean record
  • Ability to work rotating Saturday shifts
  • Experience with drug screen and paternity test processing

Nice-to-have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in exceptional customer service
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from accredited agency
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Pass standardized color blindness test
