Job Summary

  • This role will support the execution and integration of strategy within the extended, cross-functional Neuroscience team, helping translate strategic priorities into scalable frameworks, processes, and delivery plans.
  • Develop and execute Measurement Development Plans (MDPs) for future Neuropsychiatry programs and ensure alignment between program-level and disease-level MDPs across Neuropsychiatry.
  • The candidate will partner with Neuropsychiatry discovery teams to integrate measurement strategy and decision support into early programs, and lead focused sprints and modeling efforts to support key decision points.
