Job Summary
This position serves as the subject matter expert and technical contact for their focus application areas (Ambulatory/Kaleidoscope) and takes the lead in primary areas of work, including Projects, Changes, and the highest point of Break/Fix escalation.
Designs, builds, configures, tests, and provides maintenance of clinical information systems with a focus in patient registration, patient scheduling, patient billing, and patient throughput.
Provides on-going end user clinical information systems support with all upgrades, new releases, enhanced functionality, and requested change and problem management support following the outlined ITIL processes.

5 years of relevant experience with Epic Ambulatory applications
